Located in the South Island’s north-west corner, Golden Bay is one of New Zealand's most diverse and appealing spots. It’s a region with endless variety, where golden beaches, alpine valleys and tranquil fishing rivers share a close proximity with the sea. This image was taken looking out over Golden Bay as the sun was setting on one summers evening. I couldn’t believe the beauty of varying tones of the water and the reflections from the sun.
