Where do you ship?

We ship all unframed prints worldwide! However, there are potentially additional shipping costs with rural deliveries which will be calculated for you at the checkout. 

We do not ship framed prints out of New Zealand. If for some reason rachelmataira.com allows you to purchase a framed print internationally, you will be contacted and given a refund for the difference in price. 

We recommend putting your local framer as the delivery address so you can check straight away if there are any issues with the piece and to ensure it is preserved. 

How long does it take to receive a print?

All prints are made to order. For all prints, please allow 10 working days for New Zealand delivery and 15 working days for international delivery. Please note that delivery services delays are outside of the control of rachelmataira.com and we will endeavour to get your piece to you as soon as possible.
