Hawkes Bay

Napier was rebuilt almost entirely in Art Deco after the 1931 earthquake, making Hawke's Bay one of the only places in the world where an entire region shares an architectural birthday. Beyond the city, it's vineyards and orchards and a coastline that doesn't get talked about enough.
