Shipping & Delivery Times

We ship all unframed prints worldwide! However, there are potentially additional shipping costs with rural deliveries which will be calculated for you at the checkout. 

All prints are made to order. For all prints, please allow 10 working days for New Zealand delivery and 15 working days for international delivery. Please note that delivery services are experiencing delays across New Zealand and internationally too.

Ordering

Yes. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and do not include GST, this is added at the checkout. However, if you are located outside of New Zealand, you will not have additional GST charges at the checkout. 

Yes. Afterpay is available for New Zealand customers.

Purchases of photographic prints are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for a change of mind.

If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the print by emailing prints@rachelmataira.com for assistance. We are unable to assist with damaged goods beyond this time period. 

Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or the original print to process your claim.

Purchases of framed prints are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind. 

We take all precautions to ensure your framed print arrives safely. However, if your framed print has been damaged in transit please contact prints@rachelmataira.com  within 7 days of receiving it. We are unable to assist with damaged goods beyond this time period.  

Please keep all original packaging and the framed print as we may require photos or the original framed print to process your claim.

To ensure the longevity of your photographic print we recommend the following:

Keep your print out of direct sunlight

Store and display your print away from sources of moisture such as kitchens and bathrooms.

Have it framed by a professional framer 

Photographic Prints

All photographs are available in A2, A1 and A0 size. Please refer to our size guide for more information.

A limited edition print is only available in a limited quantity. An open edition is not numbered and the quantity is not limited. Both prints are signed, only the limited edition is numbered.

Prints are locally made in Auckland, New Zealand. 

Yes we do, if you would like to organise getting a quote please email prints@rachelmataira.com

We recommend not taking your print out of the packaging and taking it y to your local framer as soon as possible. Taking it to your framer will minimise the chance of the print getting damaged/scratched. The sooner you do this the better.

Framing Service

Yes. I offer framing for all of my prints. Please refer to the size guide for more information on this. 

Once you have received your framed artwork, it is ready to hang.

Our standard frame option is white. I see this as optimal for both impact and versatility.

However, if you would like to order a black or oak frame, please get in touch via prints@rachelmataira.com with your preference as soon as you have completed your purchase. We will arrange this at no extra charge. 

Please allow 14 working days for framing and delivery.

Please note: During peak periods framing times may be extended.
