Space between people can be its own kind of closeness.
Taken from above during Auckland's second lockdown in 2020. The beaches of Waiheke Island were deserted, apart from two people taking a socially distanced walk along the waterline. This aerial Waiheke fine art photograph by New Zealand fine art photographer Rachel Mataira is gently observational and a little wry. It's a collector's piece that starts conversations in a dining room or living room.
